ACT is a provider of classroom-based career training and job placement to individuals. ACT operates in Boston, New York, New Jersey, and Maryland. ACT differentiates its product offerings through a co-branding program with universities. In Boston ACT operates in partnership with Clark University, in New York with Skidmore College, in New Jersey with Farleigh Dickinson University, and in Maryland with Johns Hopkins University. ACT was founded in 1994. FFL invested in ACT in 1999 to provide liquidity to founders as well as capital for growth.

FFL sold its interest in ACT in 2007.
