Green Bancorp is the bank holding company for its wholly owned subsidiary, Green Bank, a commercial bank headquartered in Houston, Texas. Green Bank offers traditional banking products to commercial and retail customers within the major metropolitan areas of Texas. The Bank is primarily focused on providing solutions for the complete business banking needs of middle market customers. In addition, the Bank serves a retail base of affluent and emerging affluent customers by offering them high quality relationship banking.

FFL invested in Green Bancorp in June 2010 as part of a $100 million capital raise. The new capital will allow Green Bank to pursue organic growth and acquisitions within Texas.
